Yoga Tune Up® for CrossFitters C2E: Shoulders

Yoga Tune Up® (YTU) is an anatomy-based movement practice which utilizes yoga, therapeutics, corrective exercise and myofascial massage. The results are immediate relief from chronic tension, increased power through a greater range of movement, increased strength and healthy, supple joints.

In Core to Extremity: Shoulders we will address the shoulder mobility and flexibility issues that challenge good position in movements like the clean & jerk, snatch, handstand push-up, and pull-up and make us susceptible to injury. We will also look at the connection of the shoulder and arm to the midline and explore ways to move more efficiently and more powerfully from Core to Extremity.
